NEW YORK — New Vogue magazine is set to feature a naked model on its cover in a special issue that will be released this month.
The magazine is scheduled to be published on Nov. 15, with the cover featuring a nude model standing in front of a fire.
The cover, which is the latest issue to feature nudity, comes after a number of publications including Vanity Fair, The New Yorker and Vanity Fair’s own Vogue Magazine began featuring models wearing provocative clothing and accessories in recent years.
The Vogue VogueCover, which will be published Nov. 10, has been called “a new trend” and “a bold new direction for fashion.”
“We have seen a lot of different types of magazines in the past decade,” Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour said.
“We are happy to add to that mix with a cover that brings us closer to the real Vogue.”
The Vue cover was inspired by the Vogue Stylebook, a collection of tips on styling, grooming and grooming tips for women that was published in 2014.
Vogue editors had been working on a cover inspired by that book since 2015.
In the new issue, the cover will feature a nude image of the model in front a fire with the words “Strange Stuff” printed on the side.
